What is the cut-off time for same day dispatch?
The latest you can order for same day dispatch is 15:00 GMT, Mon- Fri.
Can I track my order?
Yes, you will receive a tracking number and link once your order has been dispatched.
I've not received my order, what do I do?
Please send us a message via our contact page quoting your order number and we will look into it for you.
Can I cancel my order?
Unfortunately, once your order has been dispatched you will not be able to cancel. You can return the unopened package within 14 days of purchase.
My item is missing parts?
Mistakes can happen from time to time. Just send us a message via our contact page and we'll be happy to help you further.
My item has arrived damaged?
We quality check all orders before dispatching and ensure they are appropriately packaged. Sadly, once your order is in the hands of our delivery partners, they may not treat your items with the love and care that it deserves. If you are unhappy with the condition of your items, please send a photo to hello@bubblegumstuff.com.
My item broke, what can I do?
All items are covered by a 12 months warranty from the date of purchase. Please message us via our contact page and we'll be happy to help.

When will my order be dispatched?
If you ordered before 15:00 GMT on a weekday then your order will be dispatched the same day. If you ordered after 15:00 GMT or on a weekend, your order will be dispatch on the next working day.
How is my order shipped?
UK and EU orders are sent via Royal Mail. US orders are sent via Royal Mail / USPS. Any international orders over £60 are sent via courier such as UPS / FedEx.
How long does delivery take?
For UK orders we send all items on Royal Mail 48, this takes 2-3 days* from dispatch. If you select Royal Mail 24, delivery time is 1-2 days*. Orders to the EU can take up to 5 working days to deliver. Orders to the US can take up to 7 working days. ROW orders can take up to 14 working days.

When will I be charged for my order?
You will be charged for your order when you complete the checkout page and receive your order confirmation.

I don't want my order anymore, can I return it?
Yes, you have 14 days from the date of purchase to return your order.
Can I exchange for another product?
Sadly we're unable to do exchanges but you are able to return an item within 14 days for a full refund and purchase another item.
