It’s range of quirky items are sold worldwide and stocked by retailers such as Urban Outfitters, Paperchase, Argos, ASOS, Scribbler, River Island, TK Maxx, American Eagle, Menkind, Ann Summers, Amazon and many more.

Purpose of The Job

Assisting the sales team to ensure that orders are successfully processed, fulfilled and delivered to the customer. They will also ensure that retailers have all the asset and documents required to stock our products. Each day website orders will be processed and dispatch via the Royal Mail system.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Processing orders
  • Sending files / images to retailers
  • Packing web orders and booking via Royal Mail
  • Sending samples to retailers
  • Cold calling / emailing
  • Researching retailers

What you'll need

  • Minimum 3 A levels
  • Previous admin experience would be useful
  • Have an understanding of Microsoft Office. Experience using Quickbooks and Mac would be useful but are not essential
