When will my order be dispatched?
In the UK, Orders placed before 3 pm will be flying out the door the same day! Orders placed after 3 pm or at the weekend will be dispatched the next working day.
International orders will be dispatched within 48 hours.
How is my order shipped?
UK & EU orders: Royal Mail’s got it covered with a fully tracked service.
USA orders: Royal Mail / USPS tag team on either side of the pond.

How long does delivery take?
UK Standard Delivery: Royal Mail Tracked 48 (2-3 days from dispatch*)

- Absolutely! You’ll get a tracking number and link once it’s on the move.

Can I cancel my order?
- If it hasn’t been dispatched yet, yes. If it has, return the unopened package within 14 days of purchase.
My item is missing parts. Help! 😱
- Just message us via our contact page, and we’ll fix it.
My item arrived damaged. What now?
- Take a photo and email us at hello@bubblegumstuff.com. We’ll handle it!
My item broke. What can I do?
- You are covered by a 12-month warranty. Message us via our contact page, and we’ll help you out.

When will I be charged for my order? ⏳
- As soon as you complete the checkout and get your order confirmation.

I don’t want my order anymore. Can I return it? 🗓️
- Yes, you’ve got 14 days from purchase to return it.
- You will need to cover the return postage, and we can’t issue a refund for any non-recorded returns that go missing! Please keep hold of your tracking information/proof of purchase in case you need to get in touch with us.

Can I exchange it for another product? 🔁
- Sadly, we are unable to process exchanges but you can return your item within 14 days for a full refund and buy something else you love.
