  • Well, that depends on the account you have. Here’s a breakdown:

    Unfortunately we cannot process US orders directly at present. To order, please go through Faire US.

  • Our head office is in London, UK. We have warehouse facilities in both the UK and the US.

  • Well, that depends on your location. Here’s how costs vary:

    • Shipping within the UK, we offer carriage paid on orders over £300 +VAT. Orders under £300 +VAT are subject to a £9.95 +VAT delivery charge
    • Shipping to the EU is charged at 10% of the total order value and excludes taxes and duty.
    • Shipping to the US is subject to variable UPS rates.

  • Well, that depends on your location. Here’s what we can tell you:

    • Our warehouse dispatches all orders within 48 hours of confirmation
    • UK Mainland orders are dispatched with next-day delivery via Fedex from our warehouse in Suffolk.
    • UK offshore and EU orders are dispatched on a 2-3 day service via UPS from our UK warehouse
    • US orders are dispatched via UPS from our Maryland warehouse. Please contact customerservice@bubblegumstuff.com for estimated delivery to your state

  • No. We do not permit any trade partner to sell our products on Amazon.

  • Orders placed through our trade website can be paid via credit card, debit card, paypal or BACS transfer. For orders in GBP placed by email or phone, we only accept BACS transfer. For orders in USD, we accept ACH, credit card, and check.

  • That depends on where you’re based. Here’s a breakdown:

    • If you ordered from the UK or EU via Faire UK or Ankorstore, please contact us via the relevant platform.
    • If you ordered from us directly, contact us at sales@bubblegumstuff.com
    • If you ordered from the US via Faire US, please contact us via Faire.
